Encouragement

Having started my official term as LCP for about 2 weeks, there have already had lots of challenging tasks until this moment. To me, it is never easy to be in this position of being a REAL leader of this organization and understand how to fully empower and inspire others to develop. This means that I have so much to develop as well. But I do believe that I am not working on all aspects but to FOCUS on few unique points that I am good at and never miss them. Capitalize my strengths and translate all the strategies and strengths into CONCRETE directions and actions. This is what I should do, though difficult however challenging.

In the coming days, I hope all of us can lead an amazing life with memorable experience and rapid development on oneself. Learning through peers makes one grow much faster as you have role-model to follow and take reference. It is never easy to spot others' strengths than to weaknesses. It is never easy to appreciate than to criticize. But we need to learn through this. Just ask yourself, what do you like more? Praise or Scold? Appreciation or Blame? It's really up to you! It is very easy to say but take a lot time to make it into habit. I have improved on this somehow but surely need more improvement.
